The function of axis B is to realize the rotation around the Y axis by the motor installed on the Y axis slide plate, which can stop directionally and interpolate with other axes to realize the functions of drilling oblique holes, milling inclined planes or milling complex curved surfaces. The three-toothed disc structure can ensure good accuracy and rigidity in B-axis machining.
The B-axis system has the characteristics of fast indexing speed, high precision of repeated positioning and large allowable torque, which greatly strengthens the milling ability of this machine tool. The function of axis B is to drive the tool spindle to swing within the range of- 105 ~+ 120. Axis B has the following two working states:
( 1) Drive the tool spindle to index every 7.5 degrees.
Firstly, the positioning and locking cylinder moves to disengage the locking toothed disc, and rotates the B axis to an integer multiple of 7.5. After the cutter reaches the preset position, the positioning and locking cylinder moves to mesh the locking toothed disc with the fixed toothed disc and the moving toothed disc, so that the cutter spindle can be accurately positioned and locked.
(2) Drive the tool spindle to do interpolation.
Firstly, the locking cylinder moves to disengage the locking toothed disc, and the locking cylinder moves at any position to loosen the B-axis, and the B-axis motor drives the tool spindle to swing in the range of- 105 ~+ 120, thus realizing interpolation processing.
2.5. Tool spindle
The tool spindle can be equipped with both loading tools and rotating tools, which is a combination of the tool rest of traditional lathe and the spindle of boring and milling machine. The tool spindle is a mechanical spindle with an nterface of CAPTO C5, which can be used for turning, boring, milling and drilling, etc. It is driven by the main motor, and the power is transmitted to the tool spindle through the belt and bevel gear, and its maximum rotation speed can reach 3500r/min. Under the turning condition, the three-tooth disc of the tool spindle is locked ; Under milling conditions, the three-tooth disc of the tool spindle is in a loose state.
2.6. Feed system
The X, Z and W axes are directly driven by the servo motor, and the Y axis is driven by the servo motor through the toothed belt. Among them, the lead screw of X-axis and Y-axis servo motor with brake can't rotate in non-working state.
X, Z and Y axes adopt high-rigidity and high-precision ball linear guides, and all three linear axes are equipped with grating rulers to realize closed-loop position control.
2.7. Second spindle
The auxiliary spindle moves through the servo motor to drive the lead screw to realize programmable control. Through the same transmission configuration as the turning spindle, the synchronous control of the two spindles can be better realized, and the accuracy of front and back machining of parts can be guaranteed.
2.8. Tool magazine and tool changing device
The tool magazine and the tool changing manipulator are designed and manufactured by Taiwan Province Jifu according to the requirements of our factory. The standard configuration is 32 tools, and the servo electric tool changing manipulator is simple and reliable in control. The indexing of tool magazine is driven by servo motor, which makes the rotation stable and fast, and the tool-to-tool change time is 2 seconds. 2.9. Chuck cylinder
The spindle of this machine tool adopts imported 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, and the second spindle adopts 8-inch solid hydraulic chuck, with the specification of φ210. The chuck can easily replace various fixtures and fixtures, with good rapidity and adaptability, and can meet the requirements of users for processing various parts. Other specifications of hydraulic chuck and oil cylinder can also be selected.
2.10. hydraulic pressure system
The hydraulic station configured by the machine tool consists of two variable vane pumps, 7MPa and 15MP. The hydraulic oil tank is placed behind the lathe bed and isolated from the outside by protection. Each hydraulic circuit adopts superposition valve installation mode, which is compact in structure and convenient to install. The pressure of each execution cylinder of the hydraulic system can be adjusted separately and has a pressure protection device. The

According to the different materials of the processed workpiece, the chain plate chip remover, scraper or magnetic scraper chip remover can be configured. Chain-plate chip remover is suitable for collecting and conveying all kinds of rolled, lumpy and blocky chips; Scraper chip remover is suitable for conveying copper, aluminum, cast iron and other chips; Magnetic scraper chip remover is mainly used for conveying cast iron chips with a length less than 150 mm in wet processing. Chip removers are all automatic chip removers, and the start and stop of chip removers can be controlled by M instruction.
The cooling box and chip remover are separated from the main machine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine tool is not affected by cutting heat. Imported high-flow and high-lift cooling pump is adopted, and the cooling water is led out by the cooling pump and connected with the cooling nozzle of the tool spindle, and then sprayed out through the nozzles around the tool spindle to provide cooling and lubrication for parts and tools, so as to ensure the machining accuracy of workpieces and improve the service life of tools.
2.13. Electrical system

The electrical design of the machine tool conforms to the electrical standard GB 5226. 1 - 2008. The power circuit of the circuit is protected by overcurrent and short circuit, and the related actions of the machine tool are interlocked accordingly to ensure the safety of equipment and people. The electrical system has the function of self-diagnosis, and operators and maintenance personnel can observe the running state of each part of the machine tool at any time according to the indicator light and display.
